kentang goreng

CHEESE AND FRIES






Serves 2 persons






Ingredients


400g Frozen French Fries(get this from Supermarkets)


10 slices of American Cheddar Cheese(or 200g American Cheddar Cheese block)-colour orange/keju kraft


50ml milk(I used UHT Milk)


2 tbsp Sour Cream with 1 tsp milk


2 tbsp chopped spring onions






Method


1. Deep fry fries till golden and crispy.


2. Remove and drain on paper towels.


3. Arrange on a plate.


4. Using a non-stick pot, add cheese, milk to cook.


5. Turn heat to medium heat to simmer for 3 to 5 mins, stirring continously.


6. Once its melted into liquid form, turn off the heat.


7. Pour melted cheese on fries.


8. Whisk Sour cream with milk till its creamy.


9. Drizzle on top of melted cheese.


10. Sprinkle spring onions and serve immediately
